Helping Hands Restoration

I am reaching out in regard to the Company, Helping Hands Restoration, Inc. which is owned by Paul K Lazoran. I hired this company, based solely by a referral, to do siding, soffit and facia and more on my home. Before meeting with an employee of Mr. Lazoran’s, Rich Miller, I went on the company's website, which states the company is licensed and insured. This is a complete outright lie. This company is NOT licensed and is NOT insured.
I physically met with Mr. Rich Miller on September 10th, 2019 and Rich provided me with a written estimate of $4250.00, which I agreed to. I was specifically told that both, Rich and Paul would be working together to complete this job. Rich and I both signed the written proposal, and the work began on September 11th, 2019, The agreed time for Rich and Paul to begin working was between 8 am - 9 am and it is written in the agreement that the job would be completed within 7 to 10 days. Rich would just casually show up anywhere between 11 am and noon. Paul never showed up. During the initial first week, I realized Rich was fully incapable of doing the work I hired him to do. Rich put holes in my roof and ruined my brand new shingles! He ruined windows, used caulking and placed tiny nails into the new siding, Extremely sloppy job! Rich Miller, represented by the Company, Helping Hands Restoration, Inc. owned by Paul K Lazoran, has physically destroyed the exterior of my home. I am now forced to hire out a new company to tear everything down, repurchase materials needed and start completely over. I fired Rich Miller and made it clear to him, do not return to my property. He became extremely, verbally abusive and demanded more money from me. I had no choice but to call the police, who had to physically remove him from my property. Also, without my knowledge, Rich Miller stole my personal tools, which included my circular saw, my vinyl cutters, level etc. All of this is documented in the police report which is on file. Rich Miller called me the very next day, and left a message on my voicemail, begging me to allow him to work and promised to return the tools he stole. I have not heard from him since. I made the effort to contact Paul K Lazoran to discuss this disastrous, stressful, and overwhelming, financial situation. Paul stated he was not involved in any way, which is another outright lie. When I tried to explain that I was going to contact the Revdex.com along with google reviews, to let other people know what actually occurred, Paul K Lazoran, showed absolutely no concern. This company needs to be called out and be held accountable for the unprofessional, unlicensed and uninsured poor workmanship. Trust me, you do not want anything to do with this company.
