possible. Unfortunately not every student can go to the facility of their choice. Students that have completed all required classroom attendance and medical screening get to choose first. Clinical is scheduled based on the availability of our contracted facilities to accept students. All school material states that “clinical sites and dates are to be announced. “ The classroom time ended on December 12, 2015. We were unable to schedule a clinical session for you due to an incomplete medical screen. Required documentation was not received until January 7, 2016. All contracted health facilities require a complete medical screen for review prior to accepting a student. When you were eligible to attend clinical you were offered a session with [redacted] in [redacted] about 30 minutes and 28 miles from your home. You refused. You were offered a clinical session at [redacted] in [redacted] that is roughly a hour and 20 minutes and 60 miles from you home. You refused. You and your husband came to the office and stated that your daughter lived in [redacted] and you would be prefer to travel south for clinical due to being unfamiliar with the northern territory. Upon your request, you were offered a clinical session at [redacted]. You refused. Although you have the right to refuse, it does not constitute a refund.
