of the offer I reviewed appear below. I had the leaking problem starting before 10/20/2015. I tried to contacted Jason via email and text repeatedly and never received any response indicating that he would come and look at it or fix it. On 11/18/2015 almost a month later, I had to have it fixed as it was still leaking and causing interior damage. I had no alternative at that point. So Jason did not know of my having had this fixed until 11/18/2015. Now it's 11/25/2015 and I get a response that he didn't come out because it was already fixed? The response time was absolutely ridiculous! Not to even show up and look at the situation once the problem was identified is totally unprofessional. I needed it repaired quickly and if Jason had showed up and showed me that the problem wasn't a result of his workmanship, I would have gladly paid him to fix it. I needed it fixed! This entire process with the Revdex.com is a complete disappointment! Jason lists the Revdex.com on his website, but it literally offers nothing. The amount of time to even begin to resolve anything here with the Revdex.com involved, far exceeded the time in which the repair should have been taken care of. A waste of my time. Thank you.
