RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Regards, [redacted] I am very glad that they got the water leak fixed becuae I smelled of feces for days. In regards to the window, I called and was told this was not an emergency twice in a row, as was my mother. When I went to the office I was told by ***, [redacted] and the mantinence team that they would have to go to columbia to get a price estimate or the parts they would need to properly repair the window. My sons window was secured to the point where I cannot even open it, I'm pretty positive that is a fire code violation. When I last spoke with [redacted] she asked me "why I did not call after it was secured to let them know it still was not fixed , because as far as she knew it was fixed" since the mantinence man had marked it as fixed. What I don't understand about that, is why [redacted] would assume and accept that it was fixed when, not only herself, but two other members of the staff told me they would need to go to Columbia to get the parts for the window. Obviously it wasn't fixed because no one went to Columbia to get the parts. Its a sad situation but I am very glad to be getting out of it! I hope they can use this as an opportunity to learn from their mistakes and try to improve managent and mantinence
I am sad to hear how unhappy Mrs.[redacted] is. The original complaint about her window was not classified as an emergency. She reported the window would not open. However, once the complaint was called in again on a Saturday, and it was reported that the window had fallen out the incident was...
handled same day. Per our maintenance staff, the window was secured. It was never reported again. However, this message states it still isn't secured. I personally contacted Mrs.[redacted] to discuss what needed to be done with her window, but she hung up on me.
Yes, there was a water leak. We contacted [redacted], but they were not able to find the original leak. We then contacted [redacted]. Their quote was out of our budget, so we contacted [redacted] for a second opinion. They fixed the leak last week, and there are no more issues. I understand that this took time to resolve. But it was a slow leak with no immediate danger or safety hazards. With large expenses, both our owners and corporate office has to approve the price. This takes time. This issue is resolved, and we will be adjusting Mrs.[redacted] water bill to compensate.
