I bought a Makita brushless hammer drill XPH06Z from Helton Tools. I was told it was a new drill. What I was sent was a rusty banged up drill. Helton Tools wanted me to pay return shipping to exchange it. I said I would pay half and they said no. I returned it for a full refund after that. That's not how business is run online. When you make a mistake you fix it and move on, not act like its a big inconvenience. Customer service at Helton Tools is the worst.
