This is an outstanding business and I would recommend them to anyoneI had a very perplexing and complicated electrical issue that the technician spent an entire day trying to resolveIn the end, the problem would have been too expensive to fixWhen I voiced concern over paying for the technicians labor, I got angryRemaining professional, the tech called the owner of the businessTo make a long story short, WITHIN AN HOUR the office manager had send me a copy of my VOIDED check !! The owner refunded ALL of my moneyOutstanding customer service to say the leastThis company put the customer ahead of the profit, and that is so rare these daysI will share their excellent service experience with everyone I knowI'm impressed with how this business is run! Kudos!

Absolutely horrible!! Not sure how my experience could have been any worseA/C went outCalled and they sent out a technician who knew nothing about HVACThe technician reset the HVAC and got it to run for about an hour and leftCalled and asked if they could come back out because it was still not workingClaimed it would be a week before they could come backFoolishly I waited and made the appointmentA week goes by and they are a no showCalled them and they tell me the technician is out of town and it will be at least another week and there is no one else they can sendA little heads up would have been niceHad to miss work to be thereWould advise going with anyone elseWith all the companies I have dealt with this is by far the worst one

I have been without air for a week with my house reaching degreesMy home warranty company gave me the hardest time as they gave me different contractors to go throughNo one reached out to me to schedule a an appointment nor to even come out to see what my air problem wasI contacted Helton's Service Coand David came by within an hour of hearing my air conditioning problem
David was so helpful and and made sure the job was done right and working correctly before he leftHe even gave me a few tips on how to handle my HVAC and unit to keep my house cooler longerNext time I have a air or heating problem and I have to contact my home warranty agency, I know to tell them to schedule me with Helton's Service Co and no one else!!!

Just have to commend Helton's on serviceMy AC stopped putting out cold air on a Sunday nightIt was scary due to the heat and the fact I'm recovering from open-heart surgeryOne call and they were here within minutes and fixed it in even less timeI have been a customer for yearsThis is the second unit I've bought from them and have always had terrific service for both my AC and my Furnace
