Helton's Service Co. Inc.

I have been without air for a week with my house reaching 90 degrees. My home warranty company gave me the hardest time as they gave me 3 different contractors to go through. No one reached out to me to schedule a an appointment nor to even come out to see what my air problem was. I contacted Helton's Service Co. and David came by within an hour of hearing my air conditioning problem.

David was so helpful and and made sure the job was done right and working correctly before he left. He even gave me a few tips on how to handle my HVAC and unit to keep my house cooler longer. Next time I have a air or heating problem and I have to contact my home warranty agency, I know to tell them to schedule me with Helton's Service Co and no one else!!!

Absolutely horrible!! Not sure how my experience could have been any worse. A/C went out. Called and they sent out a technician who knew nothing about HVAC. The technician reset the HVAC and got it to run for about an hour and left. Called and asked if they could come back out because it was still not working. Claimed it would be a week before they could come back. Foolishly I waited and made the appointment. A week goes by and they are a no show. Called them and they tell me the technician is out of town and it will be at least another week and there is no one else they can send. A little heads up would have been nice. Had to miss work to be there. Would advise going with anyone else. With all the companies I have dealt with this is by far the worst one.

This is an outstanding business and I would recommend them to anyone. I had a very perplexing and complicated electrical issue that the technician spent an entire day trying to resolve. In the end, the problem would have been too expensive to fix. When I voiced concern over paying for the technicians labor, I got angry. Remaining professional, the tech called the owner of the business. To make a long story short, WITHIN AN HOUR the office manager had send me a copy of my VOIDED check !! The owner refunded ALL of my money. Outstanding customer service to say the least. This company put the customer ahead of the profit, and that is so rare these days. I will share their excellent service experience with everyone I know. I'm impressed with how this business is run! Kudos!

Just have to commend Helton's on service. My AC stopped putting out cold air on a Sunday night. It was scary due to the heat and the fact I'm recovering from open-heart surgery. One call and they were here within 30 minutes and fixed it in even less time. I have been a customer for 11 years. This is the second unit I've bought from them and have always had terrific service for both my AC and my Furnace.
