Helzberg Diamond

I went to the store. Chose a style of engagement ring I wanted to buy. The salesman showed me a setting similar to what I would get. I wanted an oval with small square diamonds on the side. He showed me similar with an oval with two rounds but said the setting I want will be in in a few day and the diamonds would be the same clarity. I gave them $1000.00 deposit. I live in . so my family went to pick it up to bring it to me when they were coming for a visit. One of the side diamonds was dark and discolored so it was not taken. They said they would replace that diamond. I called them on Monday 10-21-2019 to discuss and they said for an additional $250.00 I could upgrade so they diamonds would be a better quality. I explained that since this would be sight unseen, I would like to cancel until I can come and see what they are selling me. They agreed to cancel and refund my deposit. They said the person who sold me the ring would call me the next day. He did not. I called him and he did not take my call. I called their Corporate office who said they would look into it and have the person call me back. He did not.
As of Friday 10-25-19 I still had not received my refund. I called and was informed that the order was not cancelled and I need to speak to the salesman who sold it to me but he was not in until later. I called him again and he did not return the call. I called corporate and they called him and he then told me that the ring had to be shipped back to the main store to be taken apart and then I would get my refund. He said this would happen on 10-30-19. As of 10-30-19 I did not have my refund. I called him and he again would not take or return my call. I called Corporate on 10-31 and they put me on hold while they called him and he said he would send it back to them on 11-1-19 and then I'll get my refund. They took my deposit for a ring not made, but when they got a ring of poor quality and it never left the store they are refusing to return my deposit.
