I ordered a ring for my husband in October with a deposit placed in storeI was assured by store representatives the ring would be received within a few days and thereveerevin stockThere was no call back or other communication until I called November 29th inquiring the status of the ringI was then informed that they forgot to follow up and had no idea what happened and would call me backdays before Christmas I was made aware that the ring would not be available and was now out of stock and no longer being madeI was offered my deposit back and a gift card of dollars but never received the gift card and my husband never got a Christmas gift which created a significant situation
