Customer purchased Left Front seat belt for Honda Civic sedan from HEM AUTO PARTS on 11/07/at pmInvoice number #***. On 12/13/customer requested refund for the seat belt which did not belong to our inventoryAll our parts marked or stamped with certain stock
numberThere was no stock number on the returned item. Customer admitted the fact after being notified by us upon checking the item he requested refund for at the store was not our part. According to our return policy attached on the back of every invoice/receipt, any item is eligible for return or refund within days from the purchased date, except electrical, engines,transmissions and cuts. Duplicate of the original transaction invoice is attached along with written policy on the backPlease see attachments. Despite our return policy regulations, HEM AUTO PARTS was willing to offer the store credit for the amount of $but customer refused to accept it.We strongly feel that us HEM AUTO PARTS were more than fair to customer offering him a store credit after days from the purchase dateEven regardless the fact the seat belt he brought with him for a refund was not our part.Thanks Should you have any questions please feel free to contact me by phone or email *** *** *** Art A*** Manager

I am rejecting this response because: I did not admit anything to HEM , I have the original item with the stock number on it, I have the original item with the stock number on it , I was willing to get the item exchanged but since they wanted to be a shady Busniess people , I'm demanding a refund.
