underestimated his distance in between. I feel this should be 40/60.the complainant allowed my driver to merge in front of him. [redacted] is responsible for 50% at the least.

I did not signal the driver to merge. He was not in the turn lane and I was surprised to see the truck turning in front of me. The company did not have insurance on the vehicle. That should be enough for a 100% settlement in my favor.
