Booked a carriage ride for my daughters birthday and they no showed. They had no problem taking my money on the website. I called and was met with profanity when I asked for a refund.
Unfortunately you booked your ride online 12 minutes prior to your ride. It clearly states to book 24 hours in advance. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to prepare a horse and carriage as well as drive it to the Square in such a short amount of time. Our phone number is also on the website to help with questions or to approve short notice bookings. You were also told that you would be refunded your money, but it would have to wait until the payment processed to be able to reverse it. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience and do our best to accommodate our clients.
