Until we received this notice from the Revdex.com we were not aware that Ms [redacted] had not received the card she purchased It was mailed to her at the address she provided on her order It has not been returned as undeliverableBut we have now refunded her credit card the full amount of $ On the site where she purchased her card, there is a telephone number and an email addressIf she had notified us that she had not received the card in the mail, we could have made arrangements for her to pick up a card at one of our pick up locations in Las Vegas where we have staff..Here is the confirmation of refund for her purchase:May 18, Refund Completed -$USD Refund Unique Transaction ID # 52489988VThank you for your assistance.Respectfully, [redacted] hemisphere Travel
