I placed an almost $9,purchase of a new pinball machine with Kurt @ Hemispheres Amusements in Hampshire ILand paid for the purchase via *** (which was good insurance for things to come)The Shipping Company damaged the Pinball and the shipment was refused and never delivered or received Numerous emails to Kurt were sent and replied to, Kurt was extremely resistant to return the damaged shipment and re-ship a replacement pinball machine EVEN THOUGH THE SHIPMENT WAS FULLY INSUREDKurt continued with bullying email tactics to force the buyer to accept the damaged shipment The Buyer refused as Kurt had already filed a Freight Damage Claim with the shipping Company Buyer maintains copies of all emails
Kurt then refused to issue a full refund EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NO FAULT OF THE CLIENT AND ACCUSED THE CLIENT OF ABUSIVE EMAILS, stating to the Client "Qite Abusing me..." Repeatedly refusing to accept a damaged shipment then demanding either a damage inspection and/or a replacement be shipped is the sole bosy of the emails sent to Kurt His "Victim" attitude against the Client is totally unacceptable in addition to his failure to correct the damaged shipment and issue a replacementI do not recommend Hemispheres Amusements as they are unprofessional and claim they are abused when things don't go their way, EVEN WHEN ITS NOT FAULT OF THE CLIENTNow I'm forced to file a *** dispute to obtain a full refundI'd Stay away from Hemisphere Amusements as they also threatened to charge the Client for the return of a damaged shipment caused by the shipping company

I was in the market for a really nice 'Who Dunnit' pinball machine but Hemisphere didn't have one in stockHowever Kurt called me a short time later and said he found a really nice one and sent me a whole bunch of picturesBeing hesitant to purchase a big ticket item like this sight-unseen Kurt addressed all my fears and answered all my questions
The machine was shipped and when I received it the first thing I noticed was how well the pin was packaged and protectedIt took almost minutes just to unwrap it!
After setting it up and plugging it in it plays like a dream! And it was exactly as he described it

I bought a *** ** *rom Kurt He had it in my house days after I ordered it He gave me a great price, awesome delivery, service and discountsHe set it up and left After I stared playing it here were issues I called him up and he came out at 7:on a Friday night and was at my house for hours fixing it I thanked him profusely and he said "when you own a business that's what you do" and "it has to get dealt with why put it off" I feel like I bought more than a pinball machine I bought Kurt and his awesome attitude and service I can't praise him enough and would not hesitate to do business with him again This is the kind of person you want to do business with because he has a great work ethic and cares about his customers
