Received return phone call from owner *** ***, after he reviewed *** Motor Company's records on Ms ***'s purchaseMr *** indicates that all records and paperwork on Ms ***'s purchase indicate the vehicle having been prices at $7,at the time of purchase, and that this is the amount she signed for on purchase documentsAs far as the disputed $difference, he says it's very possible the vehicle was sale priced at $7,at some point prior to purchase, and that window stickers / 'hang tags' in vehicles can occasionally not get updated appropriately once that vehicle's price changes again, etcIn this case, he says all indication are that the vehicle was actually priced at $7,at the time of purchase, but that if Ms *** had pointed out / asked about the discrepancy while signing purchase paperwork, Hemming Motor Company would've been able to investigate further, and may have worked something out with the customerAs it stands, he says Hemming Motor Company will not be making any adjustments to the vehicle's purchase price or sales paperwork, but is still willing to sit down with Ms *** and go through her paperwork line by line, if she wishes to do so

I am rejecting this response because: The car is fixed as far as I know, still need to get the car back into my mechanicAt this time who would I speak to about incorrect paperwork? It's been almost a month with no correct paperworkAnd after calling my finance company on if it was changed, it has no beenThey now want proof and statements from me and others with me who purchased the car, because it hasn't been changedThis is upsetting and is 500$ more on a loan that I do not needPlease let me knowThank you

Says he ended up speaking not only to Ms [redacted] about the situation, but Ms [redacted]'s boyfriend, and other family members. He...

says Ms [redacted]'s boyfriend may not have conveyed to her that arrangements had been made to repair her vehicle when she filed her complaint, but that repairs were completed shortly after filing, at the dealer's expense. Mr [redacted] says this issue has been resolved.
