Yes she had placed an order however she did not read the confirmation email stating it would take to days when she did communicate with me I explain the to days and she was still frustrated I recommended cancellation she agreed I also explained cancellation will take to days to show up in her account I'm aware at this time that she has received her cancellation refund and there should be no further problem

Honestly I do not understand why this person even contacted you when the matter was resolved through Paypal.  I guess they were not happy with just a refund.
