4.       Customer expressed satisfaction after replacements (item is fixed) in email. Email received on Dec 20th of 2014. Issue was resolved.

Review: I had ordered a folding e-pipe from hemp hookahzz it was a full kit with two batteries and 18650 and a 18350 I opened the box and the two batteries came I grad the 18350 and try it in the e-pipe trying it every way I could but it just wouldn't work so I tried the 18650 and it worked fine so I tried to charge the 18350 but to my shock the charger told be it was full so I tested the volts in the batteries the 18350 had 1.2v and it should have 3.7v so the next day I call and left a message and they replace the battery I got the new one and once more it didn't work charger said it was full and I went back to there site told them this it the second of the 18350 battery I have got and it to is reading 1.2v and I got back and email telling me I was doing something wrong and after a few hours of being on a charger telling me it was full and not taking a charge I once more tried the battery and once more it didn't work they told me that "I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with the batteries. This battery was tested before shipped out and it was working. These batteries only come with a factory charge on them and will need to be put on the charger to get a full charge on it" from the email yet that doesn't work so i'm not sure if it on them that this type of battery doesn't work as the other once does work just fineDesired Settlement: I just want the second battery that was to come with the e-pipe all I want is a second bater that works and has the right charge and volts
