They took $138 immediately, and never shipped my stuff. They won't email back nor is there a phone # to actually contact. I ordered on 31521

Well I ordered lollipops now they are gone on my order status and I have two charges to my account on amsterdamcandy.com.

I wish I had seen this thread before placing my order on 4/24/17. As of today, 1/2/18, I have not received my product, but they processed my $40.10 payment immediately. Every time I've logged on to check my order status, the website says my order is processing and it gives an estimated delivery date of the following week. I emailed them this evening and I was hoping to get a resolution but after reading these reviews, I doubt that will happen.

I paid 80$ to not pay extra for shipping and the money was taken from me still nothing has been received I would like a refund every time I call or email it goes to an automated voicemail and the emails come back as non responsive! So mad!

Review: I paid for some product and never received it. On 5/02/2013 I purchased online one of each of the following 1.6 oz gumballs, single cookie, 1.6 zo sour worms, green lollipop and one blue lollipop. I also paid for shipping. the total came out to be $23.25 I called and emailed about my order and got no response.Desired Settlement: I would really like get the product I paid for but I can't get it I would like a refund.

Review: I placed an order on June 26 on-line using my credit card, the money was taken from my account on June 27th and to date I have not received the items purchased. I have tried calling the company numerous times and have only gotten an automated system,I've left voicemails and no one has returned my calls. I've emailed 3 or 4 times, and not received any response back. the progress of my order has not be updated since the order was placed and only says "In progress".Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded immediately!

Scam-no callback # -no email response but are lightning fast at taking your money

Review: I placed two seperate orders with this company and have recieved neither. I have tried contacting them emails were returned because the addresses were bad. The phone number they have listed keeps sending to a telemarketer company that tried to give me a 100 dollar gift card. They told me that the telephone lines got crossed and to hang up and call again. I did this more than 10 times. I was hung up on every time by the representative that answered when I told them I was calling in regards to my purchase not the gift card. The orders were placed on August 8,2014 and August17,2014. I paid for 3-5 day shipping on the second order. It is sept 1,2014 and I am still waiting on both orders. I have not been able to get in touch with any one from the company. I recieved no confirmation numbers at all!! At this point I have no choice but to ask for a refund from my credit card company and dispute the charges because I have gotten nothing from them and it has almost been a full 30 days since I placed the first orderDesired Settlement: I want my orders or my money
