received the ashes of her brother, except by what UPS confirms that they were delivered on April 27, 2016. Half of her complaint is true she did contract us to do his cremation and we proceeded with all the documents and cremated him on March 30, 2016. The other half is that payment was not received until April 15, 2015 as she claimed the insurance proceeds that were assigned to us for full payment on his funeral expenses.Regards,[redacted]
