I just love the photograhy and the photographer with this company. Always nice and the quality is great! The photographer is funny and always willing to work with us and our scheudle!
Our records indicate the pictures in question have been delivered to the school. 12/17/14 we requested to the customer to respond with her mailing address so that we could have the package reordered and mailed to her mailing address, while we were closed. WE never received a response back from...
her with her mailing address.
On 12/18/14 the customer sent an email asking why we were closed. Even though we were closed a response was sent to the customer along with a digital copy of her photograph. Our office was closed from 12/18/14 until 1/6/15. On 1/8/15 was the next correspondence with our customer upon the week of reopening and she stated then that her pictures had still not been received. A reorder was placed for the portrait package and is expected to be out of production before January 22, 2015 however upon further contacting our lab we have requested that the order be fulfilled and be out of production by the end of the day tomorrow. The order will be mailed to the school.
The school also contacted us on 1/8/15 and we responded to the school for the orders they were missing which were mailed to us during our holiday closure, 12/18/14 until 1/6/15. These students orders are now being processed and will be sent back to the school upon completion. (There were only 4 orders received during the holiday closure).
Customers emails and phone calls were answered. We have a record of eight emails between the customer and our company.
