I tree's removed by H*** tree service in September of My yard now looks like a war zoneThey parked all of their heavy trucks on my neighbors property and cause rut damage They also disposed of large tree log sections on my neighbors property I called Jarod H*** cell phone to ask him to send someone back over to clean up my neighbors yard and he stated he would get around to it I called thier office a week later and filed a complaint with them Still nothing so I called a week later and really complained Mr H*** finally came over after weeks amd called my cell stating he did not see enough damage in my neighbors yard that warranted a complaint A month after they did the work at my house they have done nothing to fix my neighbors yardI believe that now that they have all my bill paid in full it will never be cleaned up

The response that is written from this vendor is unacceptable to us. This company is acting like all of this is my fault and not taking responsibility of this claim at all.
if they have employees that I named in my complaint and can not get the truth out of them of how many times I called and who I spoke to that is a shame. In this case I have spoken to Haley, Rhonda and now a new person that called me regarding my bill Angie on Saturday October 10th that had no clue about my complaint. My plan of action is not to pay this invoice with the weak response I received. They clearly do not care about the consumer. I am not paying for a dead tree that I was told they could fix and I am not paying for a tree that I did not want done at that time to begin with. I was never told by Haley that I had to contact the guy on my work order to discuss this. I was told by Haley that she would look for my work order and get back to me about the stoppage. that never happenedI am very saddened by this turn of events and am not willing to pay for something that I gave everything I had to stop these treatments from happening to begin withThe customer service at this company is very poor at best. No one knows what the other is doing. They can not even return a phone call, an email or a letterWith all the contact that I tried to make to the company I can not believe my response is they have no way to prove that I even really tried to contact them or not

Conscientious, did a good job, considerate

Beware! Hendel's Affordable Tree Service came to cable a tree when I was not at homeThey left a total mess in the backyard and patio area, plus I can't see the cableI have called them repeatedly since before Thanksgiving asking the owner to come and check for himself, and show me where it isSo far he has not even called me on the phone about the issue

Customer’s Statement of the Problem:
This is a reply from your recent letter of Sept.3, Hendel's was sent a letter by registared mail to the address listed on their billing statements which is the one you have listed on this internet formThey refused to pick it upI have the proof with the returned letter from the Post OfficeI then again sent them a copy of the the letter regular mail which was never returned undeliverableWhen they came to give the estimate I said do we need to take the tree down intending for it to be removedThe reply was they thought they could save itAfter talking about it and going on their number of years in business ......I went with what THEY suggested thinking they ought to know what they are talking aboutThe orginal quote included bolts not which is what they put inI don't know if that would have made a difference or notBut the bottom line is.......they did not do what they said they would doA second bolt may have stablized the tree enough to make it..........? Because of the danger of the tree destroying a chain link fence if it fell........It has been removedWe have talked to our attorney concerning this.'Desired Settlement:

NEIGHBOR’S HOMEOUR CUSTOMERS PROPERTY AND THE NEIGHBORS PROPERTY IS ALSO DEVIDED BY THE DRIVE, AND THE TREE WE REMOVED WAS IN THE FRONT YARD ON THE FAR SIDE OF OUR CUTOMER’S PROPERTYTHERE IS NO WAY THAT WE COULD HAVE REACHED THE PROPERTY LINE, LET ALONE THE SHRUBS AND LANDSCAPING WHICH IS MENTIONED IN THE ABOVE COMPLAINTTHE TREE WAS NOT LOCATED IN A POSITION WHERE THERE COULD HAVE BEEN TWIGS AND BRANCHES ON THE NEIGHBORS ROOFTHERE MAY HAVE BEEN A STORM WHEN THEY WERE ON VACATIONWE WENT OUT THE PROPERTY TO TAKE PHOTOS OF THIS MATTEROUR ARBORIST TALKED TO THE NEIGHBOR AND EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT WE DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO HIS PROPERTYTHE TREE REMOVAL WENT WELL AND OUR CUSTOMER WAS HAPPY

WE ALWAYS LIKE TO DEVELOP LONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR CUSTOMERSAFTER TREE WORK, STUMPS AND HAUL AWAY OF GRINDINGS ARE DONE WITHIN SEVEN TO TEN BUSINESS DAYS, WEATHER PERMITTINGTHIS SITUATION WAS TAKEN CARE OF AND THE
INVOICE WAS PAID IN FULL BY OUR CUSTOMER

They came out and gave me an estimate on May 19th and came and did the job on May 27thThey orginally came out on the 26th to do it vut there was a storm so they came out early Friday morningThey arrived at 9am and completed the job by 1pmI had a tree I n the front and back cut downThe price was very affordable and they were very efficient!

Hendels was paid in full to cut down and remove a treeWe paid them in full and they cut the tree down but refused to remove or haul away the treeAfter multiple requests to remove the tree (spanning months) they continued to refuse to remove the tree debrisIt was extremely large piles of woodWe ended up contacting another company and having to pay for the removal of the tree

Hendel's removed a dead tree for me but did not remove the stump, saying that it was a separate procedureI was fine with that and called the company a week later to schedule the stump removalI was agreeable to paying for a separate service callThe workers never appearedI placed a second call and received another promise that they would schedule meSame thing; they never showed upA third call ended in a tirade from a man who identified himself as the business ownerHe could not seem to understand that I was willing to pay for another procedure; I just wanted it doneEach time I called I spoke with someone different, so there was no continuity regarding my situationApparently they don't keep recordsOne of the phone receptionists told me that there was a history of quick personnel turnover in the company, probably whyThese events took place over an eight month intervalTo this day I don't know why I didn't receive serviceI'd suggest prospective customers look elsewhere

HENDEL’S TREE SERVICE DID NOT REFUSE TO PICK UP A LETTER FROM OUR CUSTOMERWE NEVER RECEIVED THIS LETTERWE BOLTED THE TREE AS STATED ON THE CONTRACTAFTER BOLTING A TREE IT BECOMES STRONGER, NOT
MORE OR AS DANGEROUS THAN BEFORETHE CUSTOMER WAS WANTING TO SAVE THE TREE RATHER THAN HAVING IT REMOVEDWE AGREED TO BOLT ITWE DID THE WORK FOR OUR CUSTOMER AND THE INVOICE WAS PAID IN FULLWE BILLED FOR TOTAL TREE WORK AND THE CUSTOMER ONLY NEEDS TO PAY WHEN EACH STAGE OF THE WORK IS DONETHIS IS EXPLAINED WHEN SCHEDULING WORKWHEN A TREE IS IN BAD SHAPE THE DECISION IS ALWAYS UP TO THE CUSTOMER IN WHAT THEY WANT DONE, IF ANYTHINGTHE CUSTOMER CHOSE TO BOLT IT TO TRY TO SAVE ITTHE CUSTOMER WANTS A REFUND BECAUSE IT DIDN’T WORK FOR THAT TREE AND NOW WANTS IT REMOVED
