Review: I applied for a partial withdrawal of funds from my retirement account over 1 week ago. I have attempted to call several times today to find out the status of my withdrawal without any response from the company. I also e mailed and faxed the company and have not received any response. This withdrawal is extremely important and time-sensitive for me and I want to make sure that I receive my money in the correct account in a timely manner.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money from my retirement fund as soon as possible.

Ms. [redacted] is former employee of one of our clients. She had requested paperwork for a withdrawal from her employer sponsored retirement account. We sent the paperwork to Ms. [redacted] and waited for her to complete and return it to us. Once we receive the paperwork, the process requires us to send the paperwork to the employer for them to sign the paperwork to approve the transaction. Unfortunately, because of an administrative oversight, the paperwork had was put aside and not immediately signed. Ms. [redacted] contacted our office and inquired about the delay and we reached out to the employer to find out the status of the request. At that point, the employer realized the oversight and immediately corrected the issue and Ms. [redacted] received the money from the withdrawal request the following day. We have since taken steps with that employer to ensure paperwork will be signed on the same day it is received.
