I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The grass got mowed days before my lease endedThe receipt was from a cleaning company and the receipt read pressure washing serviceAs far the military clause goes, I was a full time national guardsman federal technician and my job there was terminated, which according to the law, I have the right to break the lease contract given days noticeIt says it word for word in the statute that this includes full time national guard federal technicians Regards, [redacted]

I would like to formally reply to a complaint written by Mr *** *** from issues resulting from him vacating rental property that he was in possession of and vacated prior to the expiration of his lease.Mr ***, along with his wife ***, signed a lease on July 25, 2016, to take possession of
*** *** *** *** *** ** *** which was effective for year and was to terminate on July 31, Via letter dated March 24, 2017, Mr *** gave notice to vacate the property and terminate the lease effective on April 30, 2017, which was months earlyThis cost the owners of the home rent of $Mr *** used a section of military code that stated if he "has received permanent change of station orders to depart miles or more from the location of dwelling unit" he could basically terminate his leaseThis was not the case! He was actually "separated from the *** National Guard on November 16, and was terminated on March 3, He was not even in the military but tried to use an escape clause provided for by the militaryMy son in a Captain is the National Guard and received a Bronze star serving in Afghanistan and was outraged that a military person tried to use this clause to get out of a leaseBUT, we did not pursue Mr *** for the rent monies still owed and we still have years to pursue by the statute.The monies deducted from Mr ***s deposit were not for power washing and I am assuming he thought this due to the name of the company that tended to the yardMonies deducted were $for Mowing the yard and pulling 2' tall weeds (mind you this lot is acres) that he had let grow up around the house$for a broken shower head in a hall bath (which was cheap), and $for damage to the septic system by Mr *** when he took a shovel into a line.This can all be verified by receipts.*** ***

The grass got mowed 2 days before my lease ended. The receipt was from a cleaning company and the receipt read pressure washing service. As far the military clause goes, I was a full time national guardsman federal technician and my job there was terminated, which according to the law, I have the right to break the lease contract given 60 days notice. It says it word for word in the statute that this includes full time national guard federal technicians
