I spoke with the Manager, Trent H., who worked with Ms***He indicated that they worked fine with Ms*** but it was her husband, who was not signed on the transaction, that was very charged up, became very loud, and used offensive language when talking with himAccording to MrH., the
dealership did agree to sell the vehicle at the advertised price but he indicated he found a car more to their liking elsewhereI also called him and apologized for what he perceived when he was hereThey are still able to purchase the vehicle for the advertised price as long as it’s here and available for saleThe down payment is determined by the lenderThat appeared to be part of their concern because more was required down by the lender than they initially indicated that they would put down Let me know if there are any further questions or concerns Thanks! This is ridiculous that it is taking so longWhy have they not contacted me personally for the account number?
