At the delivery the car was in good condition*** *** ***

All the cars on Houston Direct Auto Inc.'s lot are sold "AS-IS" with an "AS-IS" agreement. That is our policy and the documents were signed as per the agreementWe apologize you feel this way. Thank you

Hello, We have spoken to Mr*** multiple timesHis plates we made and the title is supposed to be sent out to him through the DMVHouston Direct Auto Inc has done its partAs for the transmission, Houston Direct Auto Inc also offered to fix his transmission for him but Mr*** had it
at another locationWe told him we should purchase a new transmission for him but in the end he declined the offerHouston Direct Auto Inc gave him many offers to find a solution but he customer refused

When I purchased the vehicle it didn't even have a expection sticker I was told to bring the car back for that waited over hours with excuses about the car it was stated I had days to bring the car in I did serveral times and asked for a refund I got noting but excuses and no help I mentioned and my kids grandma who was with me along with her boyfriend mentioned that the car check engine light was on spoke to different sales persons about the situation still no help and at the time Amanda was not working there it was Tina all she did was sign her signature and make a couple to send in like I stated before and serveral times I want a refund

We have resolved the problem. Houston Direct Auto, Inc. has returned the vehicle and refunded the customer in full. Please find the attached supporting document.
