Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:  I should not have to pay any fees for a product Dr. Henderson sold that was defective.  And if Dr. Henderson did not think her and her office staff was wrong in the first place, she would never even offer to split the cost to have the defective product sent back out to have repaired.  If the problem was addressed in the first place the first time I complained there would not even be any fee.  The fee amount is not even unreasonable, it's the point that Dr. Henderson and her staff were wrong and tried to get away with what they did and rip off a client/patient a lot of money.  In the customer made foot orthotic waiver I signed on 7/13/2016 in the 4th paragraph states that the orthotic is NON_REFUNDABLE (unless DEFECTIVE or under WARRANTY).  On September 9th when I picked up the shoe inserts I told her employee Britany that it felt like a stone was in my right shoe and that the insert did not feel right and it bothered me a lot and was very uncomfortable.  She said it would take time to adjust.  I called and made another appointment since my foot really hurt from the insert, the office made me an appointment for September 29, 2016 at 3:40 pm.  I meet with Britany, Dr. Henderson's employee again who informed me that there was no one there to repair or help me with the shoe insert and that the first available appt., would not be until November, which the office made me another apt., while I was there for November 4, 2016.  I was really mad and questioned Britany and the front desk lady of why they made this appointment if they knew no one was there to help me.  I knew something was not right with my right shoe insert and I felt like I was just being put off by this office.  On November 4th when I went back for my appointment I met with Britany again and she tried to tell me the same thing again that it takes time to get used to the inserts so I demanded to see Dr. Henderson.  As soon as Dr. Henderson came into the room and looked at the shoe insert she told me that it was not properly fitted nor was it cut the correct way to properly fit my foot and that under the ball of my right foot it was rubbing causing me pain and discomfort because the hard part of the padding was pass my ball of my right foot.  She only spent a few minutes with me and figured out right away that the shoe insert was not properly cut or fitted but yet it took months for her office to correct the problem.  I feel that if Dr. Henderson  had competent people working for her this problem would have been fixed and resolved back in September when I first picked up my shoe inserts and complained that it did not feel right.  I also found out that this Britany is no longer working for Dr. Henderson.  I feel as the doctor of this office and business Dr. Henderson should take responsibility for her self and her employees actions and do the right things.  I paid a lot of money $500.00 for something I could not even use and all I wanted was for Dr. Henderson to fix the problem since it was her office who did not do their job properly in the first place.  The shoe inserts is clearly a defective product and was clearly under warranty when I brought it to their attention on day one September 9, 2016, that I received the shoe inserts, but it was Dr. Henderson's office who clearly just ignored the problem and kept prolonging the problem instead of rectifying the problem and handling things in a professional manner.  I don't feel Dr. Henderson should charge me another fee for something her office clearly did wrong and she allowed for months to continue to be wrong.  Dr. Henderson sold me shoe inserts for $500.00 which was a defective product and she should as a professional correct the problem and take responsibility for any and all total fees her office caused since it was her office staff who kept prolonging the problem and not try to blame her clients for her office mistakes or make her patients pay any fees to fix the defective product Dr. Henderson office had special made to fit shoe inserts.    Regards,
