Parked at DIA in a handicapped spot designated by the emblem with the wheelchair and was given a ticket for $I had a current placard on my window, but did not matterWhen I sent in my pictures of the spot and my displayed placard, they lowered the fine to $My complaint is that if they lowered it due to a mistake, why not totally expunge it? In my defense, the spaces were not marked properly and other vehicles were parked in the "Van Accessible" spots and did not receive tickets

A few weeks ago I parked in the West Temporary Lot for minutes while I went inside to drop off a bag that was destroyed in a previous flightWhen I got to the cashier, I was charged an hour rate because I was minutes over the “grace period”If I would’ve known that it was minutes then I would’ve been minutes quickerBut, rules are rules, so I sadly have to respect that
But the main point that I want to get at is the customer service run-around that they haveIf you have a problem, you are told to email someone because they do not have a phone number (which is a lie)Then once they reply, they relay it through the Director who has a busy schedule so it takes a while to get a replyThen when you call, it is so hard to get to somebody that can actually help and the initial person, “chuckles” when you explain your problemThen, when you try to contact somebody that’ll help, they get back to you once the office is closed on Friday so when you try to contact them you ha

I am writing to dispute a parking fee assessed to me on April 6, The number on the form given is ***
I arrived at the airport at 8:50am, parked in the reserved parking in the West Garage, pulled out my luggage and began to walk to the elevatorsAt that time, I realized I had forgotten my wallet at home, and could not board my flightI immediately put my luggage back in my car, and drove off to try and get home to get my wallet before missing my flight
I then arrived at the parking gate at 9:01am, minutes after taking my ticketI was told that I was over the minute grace period, and that I owed $I informed the gate attendant I did not have my wallet, therefore I did not have a form of paymentShe then asked for a credit card, and again I told her I did not have my wallet, therefore I did not have a form of paymentShe asked again for $At this point, I am getting very close to missing my flight, and ask to speak to a managerminutes later a manager
