Kevin C [redacted] came out to clean my dryer vent Very efficient came when he said and cleaned the dryer without making a mess Will have him back again next year

Message body Well, I'm not sure what "employee cost mean", but I 'm NOT paying for anything! You assured me that when I purchased the car, (after returning the damaged BMW), that ALL repairs would be fixed You stated you only had this car for weeks before I purchased it So, I did bring the in for repair since with the issues listed below from GMC Buick Let me reiterate my experience so far with [redacted] Auto In September 2016, we started out purchasing a BMW There were problems with that car I brought the BMW back in for repair, so they gave me the BUICK as a loaner They claim there was no issues with the BMW, but after driving the car for approximately weeks, I disagree So, I contacted Capital One to complain so they STOPPED the financing process since the car was not in my possession and had problems They were quit DISPLEASED that [redacted] finance guy, because tried to force the deal through, stating the deal had been finalized, when it had not, he LIED So, Capital One closed that deal and gave authorization for me to by a different car I purchased the BUICK instead So, I met with [redacted] re-did paperwork for the Buick, and on that day, I told him the BUICK was having some issues He assured me those would be repaired Well, the paperwork with [redacted] showed that I was paying off the BMW, as if it were a TRADE-IN, which would have caused me to lose all of the $down payment, buy he still persist to say the deal had gone thru with CAPITAL ONE on the BMW I again had to callback to Capital One to confirm, and they were NOT happy! People at collision center are very niceHowever the take much longer at getting your car repaired than promisedThis is my second car I have taken in and it was an extra 14+ days that I didn't have my carWhen I went to pick it up the same as my previous car it had damages that wasn't there when the car was taken in, so they had to keep it longerThey were suppose to refund me $(which I have in writing) and its been a month still haven't receivedCall multiple times and left messages but no return call and no money refundedSee you in court!!!

[redacted] Dodge on Savannah Highway in Charleston, SC has outstanding customer service [redacted] and [redacted] in the service department treat each customer with courteous, professional service regardless of the issue Kudo to management for employing these two as roll model staff Service areas throughout the [redacted] empire should be inspired by their everyday interaction with the publicMy husband and I have dealt with other [redacted] dealerships as well as this establishment and the service by these employees excelAgain kudos to Hendricks for these fantastic employees
