This dealership has been crooked from the salesman all the way through serviceI can't even write what their salesman did on here as it is so bad you wouldn't believe it
Before I begin with service, you should know, every visit I'm about to explain I waited on average hours with no major work being done, just oil changesThis is time I'm not getting paid
About months after owning the car we took it in for an oil change and mentioned the front end had a shake in itThey said it was nothing but I said it was a tie rod or part of the wheel assembly (I'm not a mechanic but just using common sense)The front tires (the ones that came on car when I bought it) were oddly worn, which indicated a problem with the front endInstead of fixing the problem they replaced the tires but rotated them to the backIt didn't fix the shaking problem on the front endThe rotated front tires are now starting to show wearI keep telling them there's a problem but they say it's nothingAnd they say they won't buy me two new tires unless I pay for twoNow, after spending $on tires and $on an alignment, there are brand new tires and the front end issue is still there!!
Also, when they aligned it, they pointed out that they couldn't get it all the way into alignmentHe said there wasn't anything else they could doWhat am I supposed to do? Say, no try harder and then wait for another hours??
My wife takes it in for the next oil change and they say there's a tie rod problemAnd they give her a list of $of other issues they found(She spent hours this visit too, just to get the oil change and them give her this list)
So, I've spent money on new tires I didn't need, money on an alignment that didn't align, have had to drive a car with the front end shaking basically ever since I bought it, have spent a total of about - working hours dealing with this in person an on the phone and now they want me to spend $on air filters and fluids??
As my wife puts it, "it's like they all went to a school to learn how to manipulate and gouge customers, because they do it so easily and without a conscience."
I will tell everyone I know from this day forward, as far reaching as possible, to never do business with Hendrick Honda
