Our garage door was replaced by the above company on 6/14/A few days later we noticed that the rubber seal on the bottom of the door was inches short and not seal properlyWe did not think at the time that the short seal will affect the function of the door until we realized that mice are getting into the garage through the open gap in the short rubber sealI called the company and expressed my concern with the short sealA salesperson told me that the seal shrinks over time but this did not make sense to me because rubber will not shrink inches, not to mention that rubber expands in the summerThey were willing to come out and replace the seal at a cost to me to which I did not agreeShould a business charge for a defective product?
