satisfactory to me.  I just wanted to update you. I met with Dr. [redacted] and his office manager yesterday the 20th. We sat down and went over the EOBs and everything. Review: I was billed for services I did not do for 18 visits, services that should have been covered under my care plan 25 visits and my initial exam, xrays and consultation was suppose to only cost me $20 cash which I paid but was also charged and my HPS paid them $46.25. I was billed twice for Aug 10th and Aug 29th and the Insurance company paid twice for the same procedure that I did not even do. Either Aug 22nd or Aug 23rd should not have been billed I never went 2 days in a row. The total care plan I agreed to was $159.60 for my portion I have already been billed over $200.00 and I didn't even do any re exams, only 1 reexray and 10 less adjustments. I called back in late Oct and talked to the billing dept. to see what the $25.00 and $35.00 charges were and was told they were for the vibe and Cervical traction. I told them I NEVER did the vibe so I should not be billed for it and the cervical traction was suppose to be included in my therapy if I was going to be charged I would have done it at home because I had the same equipment at home. I was told the 6-7 times I called the office manager would look it over and get back to me but he never did. I contacted my Ins. company they gave them the same info. and Dr. Hendrickson sent them a letter saying they dont charge for Cervical traction so obviously didn't talk to billing or look at E.O.Bs and because its obviously charged. And just gave reason why they do the vibe didn't read my letter or would have seen that I wasn't questioning why they did it I was questioning why I was charged when I DIDNT DO IT. So Ins. wasn't much help either that will be my next claim. Because I think this is total Fraud for both one for sending it in and one for paying it even when I tell them I didn't do it. Then on Mar 20th I went in to the office to see the office manager [redacted], I went over all my concerns he said oh you didn't do it well thats an easy fix and also said that I should only have to pay the $20.00 no more for initial visit and that Cervical traction should be covered under the care plan. He said he would get all the EOBs from billing and get it all straightend out. I have had to bug him several times to see what the progress is but there hasn't been any. He said he was talking to the billing manager April 20th but haven't heard anything since. I emailed him last mon and told him I wanted it taken care of last week but it doesn't look like anything was done, and haven't heard anything.Desired Settlement: I want all dates of service resubmitted with the correct amounts, all $25 and $35 charges should be taken off along with all the other errors we talked about. They should also send back any overpayments of my coinsurance to HPS.

Review: I have tried time and time again to get a copy of my "contract" I apparently signed regarding care. I have called multiple times and every time I call I get the response they are busy right now and they promise to call you as soon as they can. its been months now and I still have not gotten a copy of this contract I apparently signed or a call back. they told me their fax machine was broken. I told the staff I could not come to my visits anymore due to my headaches increasing after adjustments and affecting my daily life, my headaches got so bad I have had to call into work. I have no problem paying them for visits I went to but I refuse to give this business any more of my money, they are unprofessional. I called one time and told them I wanted to pay off my balance the lady told me I owed two thirty nine I thought she meant 239 dollars which I was like oh thats not bad well the next day I check my account and there is a hold on there for 2039 dollars I called and got upset because this was not what I was told by the lady in billing, they took money out and I got ahold of them and they canceled it but the money still got taken out and put back in. now because I no longer go to my visits they are telling me I owe more money. If I could do my visits without having all this pain I would but my body is telling me no. my headaches have stopped since I stopped going and I can live a normal life again.Desired Settlement: I would like Hendrickson chiropractic to stop taking money out of my account for services I did not have done. I would like to be reimbursed for the services I payed for but could not have done. they take 213.97 out of my account once a month and I refuse to give them anymore of my money.
