Terrible customer service! We own a Heartland Home and Henefeld Garage Doors installed our unit. It has been problematic from the start. Many of our neighbors have complained about the quality of their products and installation. Our unit is only a little over 2 years old and Henefeld will not replace the outdoor keypad. Initially, my husband called and Henefeld wrote down the wrong phone number so did not get back to us. I called and got one of the owners, who was extremely condescending. She told me that we were outside of our one year warranty period and the keypad would not be covered! I would hope a local business would care about maintaining a positive reputation.
