Review: Henkel North America (Henkel NA) advertises Loctite Fixmaster Superior Metal Epoxy PN 97473 for sale in 1 Lb tubs. This is a very expensive epoxy that sells for $100 a pound or more. I recently purchased this product. The epoxy arrived in a box that was also labeled as 1 Lb. The epoxy contains two parts. One part resin and one part hardener. When I opened the 1 Lb box I was astonished to find Net Wt. 12.8 ounces of resin and 1.6 Net Wt. ounces of hardener. This adds up to a Net Wt. of 14.4 ounces well short of a pound (16 ounces Net Wt.). I immediately contacted Henkel NA technical service. I received a dumb response about liquids and grams, how many grams in a pound, and all kinds of irrelevant information but was clearly told I had a pound of epoxy. Since I am a mechanical engineer by trade I fully understand weights and measures. I was ripped off. I took photos of the products where it lists Net Wt. and send them to Henkel NA. I then received a response that tech services had incorrect information and that there must have been a 'lot' problem and that they would take care of the problem for me and that I should have my distributor file a complaint so that they can trace the lot and resolve the issue. I provided my information for them to make me whole to the pound and I never heard from them again. I have had two contacts at Henkel NA. I want a pound of epoxy sent to me as they advertise. I don't like being scammed by false advertisers. If you advertise a pound, sell a pound, then I expect to GET A POUND.

Review: I participated in the Receive a rebate on your [redacted] fabric booster purchase offer and just received an e-mail that they're not honoring my purchase.Desired Settlement: I either want the rebate as promised or they need to send me back the original cash register receipt they demanded so I can return the item.

Review: Bought a hair product from this company that completely fried my hair and made it fall out in huge clumps. Called the company to let them know and they said that they would give me a full refund as long as I showed them my receipt. I scanned and sent the proof of purchase and they said they would send me a refund check with in a week but I never got it. I let them know for the entire month that I didn't get anything but they didn't do anything. Then I was told they would send another check to me. I waited and waited and finally I got the check in the mail, as soon as I got it I went to the bank. Some days later I got a notice from the bank saying the check was canceled and I was charged $7. Told them about the charge and they don't care.Desired Settlement: I'm so sick of this company. I want the refund and this complaint to go on record for these people.
