I am rejecting this response because:Please see the attached This is simply a bad business owner who is being less than honest and who is deflecting his responsibility with comments like "I subcontracted," "she made poor decisions," etc He refuses to take responsibility for the havoc he caused in my life but he "stands by his company." Good for his company

May 4, 2015I am in receipt of your letter in reference to the above incidentI will try and clarify a few things about what happened that day.First, I was on the job site off and on all day and actually spoke to someone in *** ***’s house after the fireI haven’t been to a beach in years
and have stood by my company through the entire incident.Secondly, the fire was started by our sub contractor *** Construction CompanyThey were fully insured and accepted all responsibility for the fire.Thirdly, I gave my insurance information, email and phone numbers to both the owner and *** *** (information given to one of her children)To date I have never received one correspondence from *** *** in reference to the fireWe are local and she could have or called or stopped in at anytime.Finally, *** *** seems to want to blame me for her poor decisionsIf she couldn’t find out our information, she could of simply asked here neighbor (his house actually caught fire and he was completely reimbursed) and he would of helped her,I will gladly forward our sub contractors information and our complete information to *** ***.Lastly, it appears she is not satisfied with the money she was already recovered and she shouldn’t have settled if she felt that she was being cheatedPlease feel free to contact me at any timeAs you can see from our past history, I pride myself on satisfying our customersThe fire was an unfortunate incident but was fully covered by insuranceThank You,Joseph H

Henkel Roofing replaced my entire roof 2 years ago. Their price was very reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. Today, I called Henkel to help remedy a squirrel problemfrom entering my attic. Danielle, the office manager, was most helpful and sent two roofers out today to take care of my problem. As a company, Henkel stays with you as a customer and are always polite ad receptive to your needs. I would highly recommend them.
