Called and asked specific questions about getting a key duplicated for a 2005 Jeep Liberty. Called the business and was told that it could be done in 15 minutes and would cost $60. Drove 30 minutes to the business only to be greeted by a very rude old man who yelled at me for parking in his lot, told me that it would take days to duplicate and would cost at least $300. Laughed at me when I told him that when I had called earlier, I was told a different story. Told me that's what I get for listening to the people that answer his phone. Thought it was funny that I was inconvenienced, not apologetic. People like him should not be in business.
