I understand they been working with [redacted], and I have two, However it's been 4 months now and I am still on the back burner so to speak. I have wasted alot of my personal time and effort trying to resolve this issue at no reimbursement to me.Also If I wanted to tune my own car, or work on my own car I would have [redacted]e the install myself not paid Hennessey $13,400 to do the work. My car was suppose to be returned to me running and tuned correctly. Hennessey was aware of a surging issue, that's why they had already installed the nitro jet in the supercharger vacuum line,at the time of install a trick used to stop surging recommended by [redacted]. I've been told by the GM of Hennessey on November 25 they were just waiting on a truck to pick my car up and send back down to there shop in California to have Hennessey techs and [redacted] techs put my car back on a Dyno to properly retune my car. I have sent logging data to Hennessey and [redacted] recording the engine issues, however I have been told by several techs and [redacted] the only proper way to fix my car would be to put it back on a Dyno, retune, and retest the car. All I want is for Hennessey performance to ship my car back down and fix it  like I was told in a email. I will enclose a copy below! If they can't do this then refund my money!  [redacted], I apologize for not knowing about the jet being installed initially.  We definitely want to make this right and perform how you want.  I talked to my bosses and they said best solution would be to get car back to our California facility and we would have an [redacted] tuner look at the car alongside our guys.  That way we would have the best chance of getting it fixed with limited time away from you.  Let me know when works for you, as I imagine it could take around a week with transport and such.  Ben [redacted]Operations ManagerHennessey Performance

We would like to schedule transportation, pick the car up asap and bring it back to Hennessey Performance.  Upon receipt, we will immediately correct the tuning issues and transport back to the customer's location.

We contacted this person and agreed to send them a check for $7000 to settle this complaint.  The check is being sent via overnight delivery and they will receive on 3/2/18.
