We purchased the Craigmont Park (Mobile Home Park) one year ago in June 2015.  We have attempted to immediately respond to issues in our park owned units, which I understand from most all of my tenants in the park (16 park owned units), was not done previously from the prior owners.  We...

fix and repair all items we are responsible for as soon as possible. This tenant which have raised this complaint has lived in the unit for well a year now, which includes several months under the prior owner. Several months ago they alerted us to some water damage from leaking which caused some floors to need repaired.  Within several days we replaced the damaged floors and treated for some water damage which, without treatment, could have led to mold.  All of that was done and tenants advised to not leave their windows open especially during rain or snow storms.  Tenant has unauthorized pets; 5 cats which they allow to come in and out of an open window year around.  Lease states "NO PETS", etc.Tenant complained of bed bugs to us for the first time around the first part of May 2016, even though they had lived there since April of 2015.  I had a professional pest inspector examine and confirm it was a bed bug.  He certified that they were introduced into the unit by the tenants.  I offered the tenants the option of hiring the professional to get rid of them- however I would not pay for this. Remember these rental units are individual mobile homes, each having a small yard of approx. 1/4 acre- and therefore are not connected to other units such as an apartment building or motel/hotel.We decided that it would be best to ask the tenants to leave since there has been many violations of our lease terms by them.  I served them with notice to terminate lease which should resolve this matter.  Please refer to the following:RE:                 NOTICE TO TERMINATE LEASE- 30 DAY NOTICE YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that according to the terms of our lease, and specifically section 4. Termination and Renewal, I am providing you this official written notice to Terminate the Lease and vacate the property.  This can be accomplished by you anytime before 30 days from the date of this notice or I will consider you leaving by the end of June (June 30th, 2016); however all rent money due shall be paid at the proper time and according to the lease. As of this date, tenant has paid partial rent for May, has agreed to pay the remainder due now, and will plan to be out of our unit before the end of June.Larry Mattox

[redacted]He never said anything about 1200 and the agreement was they would cut the logs and then stack them for me. I have the guy the check thinking they was still going to cut and stack the remaining logs and they didn't. My boyfriend and I tried calling multiple the only number we had and left messages and still to this day no one has called us back.

As we were told our windows in the bedroom are closed. The water damage is in our closets due to the roof or the water heater. The previous landlord had knowledge to our cats. He did not put them on the lease due to cleaning our trailer and fixing minor things up before moving completely in. Also the new landlord had seen our cats when he first introduced himself we explained why they were not on the lease and he has never raised an issue before. The landlord did not send any kind of exterminator to our place to see where the bed bugs originated from. The bed bugs are only located in the back master bedroom. For three months we have been staying in our daughters bedroom located down the hallway and no bites or bugs have been in there. We are planning on moving we just do not want this to happen to someone else. Sending him a letter about all the damages in the trailer as suggested by our lawyer is why we are being asked
