Sniff K9 claims to have issued a check to me on October 12--which is after they heard from the Revdex.com. As the e-mail chain shows, I asked for reimbursement on September 23, and again on Octoher 5. But Sniff K9 did not send me the reimbursement check as promised. I made my complaint to the Revdex.com on October 9 when I did not hear from Sniff K9. I still have not received a check from them although it is more than a week since they claimed to have issued it. I am still waiting.

Dear Revdex.com,As you can see from the below email chain and the enclosed copy of check, we have been very clear that any costs to honor this warranty would be born by Sniff K9s. When the client was not comfortable with Sniff doing the follow up we happily paid for [redacted] to do the follow up. ...
The client notified us on the 5th of October that she had paid [redacted] directly and we issued the enclosed check on 12th of October. We have received no communication since then indicating she had not received it yet. We can easily send the funds electronically and stop payment on the check if she uses [redacted] or if she provides us a copy of her bank detls. We'd like to finalize her payment and do feel she should reconsider her complaint. From: [redacted]
