We are looking to get this client their money as soon as possibleThe check we sent has not been cashed so we can replace it and send it Overnight, signature required to ensure delivery OR we can pay pal the money OR we can wire it. We offered the client a day warranty. We reiterated in writing that we would honor that via a reimbursement. Clearly we are not trying to run away from an obligation here. Sniff Kclaims to have issued a check to me on October 12--which is after they heard from the Revdex.com. As the e-mail chain shows, I asked for reimbursement on September 23, and again on Octoher 5. But Sniff Kdid not send me the reimbursement check as promised. I made my complaint to the Revdex.com on October when I did not hear from Sniff K9. I still have not received a check from them although it is more than a week since they claimed to have issued itI am still waiting
