Been with H&W for many years now and have a very competent account manager who has been with the company for the entire time. He and his team have always been informative and timely, do not call us unnecessarily and are not pushy. They do email us from time to time about new bond opportunities, but only follow-up if we are interested. They are very informative about any of the pros and cons and answer all questions honestly prior to investing. Their professional ethics are some of the highest in the business. I’m rating them 5-Star based on years of experience. My account has also done very over the years, BTW.
I too have asked them every time that they have called my house, and that is every month for the last year or so, to stop calling my house. I have been transferred and left messages but they still keep calling. What so I have to do to get them to stop calling? The way the harass me, I would NEVER EVER do any kind of business under any circumstance.
If I could give them a -1 then I would do so.
Review: For a year now, Hennion and Walsh calls on a monthly basis to try to sell their financial products. I have told them that I am not interested and to stop calling. I have told them to put me on their no-call list and have been assured that would happen. Today (7/7/2014) I was called yet again. When I told the agent to stop calling, he supposedly transferred me to someone to handle the no-call request, but all I got was a recording saying to leave a message.Desired Settlement: Hennion and Walsh needs to stop contacting me.
