In November 2017, *** *** spent a total $1,on discontinued sale merchandise that were sold on an "as is" basisWhile the sale dresses are sold "as is", if it is determined by the in-house expert seamstresses that an item is damaged beyond repair, it is practice to contact the
customer and either, offer a larger discount or the option to exchange for something of equal or greater valueAll of the items that were sent to *** were in new to acceptable condition; nothing was sent to her that was damaged beyond repairIt is clearly stated on Henri's.com, under the return policy, "it is understood that we do not accept returns, issue exchanges, or offer store creditsItems purchased online from any "Sale" category is clearance merchandise from our two store locations and is sold as is." If *** wanted to see pictures of the actual item prior to purchasing it, that request could have easily been accommodated by any Henri's employeeHowever, she never requested images of any item prior to making her multiple purchasesThe customer chose to ship the dress back to Henri's with the package labeled to D*** attention, at her expense, as a "Christmas Present" (see enclosed documents)In her letter to *** *** stated herself that she understood that all sales are final, there are no refunds, exchanges or returns and that she would not be getting her refundHenri's stands by its sales policy and will not be issuing a refund for the dress nor the shipping that she incurred herselfShe also stated that the dress could be repaired, which is what the expert seamstresses determined prior shipping the dress out*** got exactly what she ordered, J*** *** originally $(including a $plus size charge), discounted to $based upon the fact that it was discontinued and sold as is
