Went to home of customer *** Problem was resolved...improper lubricant used by customer...not cleaning tracks...not lubricating casement hardware...replaced latches not under warranty***

Yes they did come and he adjusted the windows but it took + years and me having to file a complaint with the Revdex.com to get them to come and fit the problems ***
