Henrico Doctors' Hospital

My wife recently gave birth to twins at henrico doctor's hospital and the babies went to NICU after delivery. Well what we didn't know until to late was there under construction and it's totally unsanitary. The NICU is on the same floor as a surgery floor so everytime the doors open germs fly in. It was and still is the most ridiculous operation I have ever seen. You have to walk 15 min through a maze to find NICU. Also 2 hours after delivery my family and I were on our journey to NICU but got trapped in an elevator for 41 min which was one of the most terrifying moments of my life. The staff is awesome and I don't blame them but whoever is in charge of renovations has totally dropped the ball, because of this I will never use HCA again.
