The tires in question had uneven mechanical wear due to a mechanical issue with the carDue to the fact that Mr [redacted] was unhappy with them, I offered to treat them as if they had a defect(even though they did not qualify) and replace them under a pro-ration as is stated in his warrantyMr*** declined and requested that they be replaced for freeI feel what I offered was more than fair and would love to speak with Mr [redacted] again if he has any confusion regarding how his warranty works

To whom it may concern, [redacted] the store manager of our Auburn location reached out directly to? ***? to discuss the misunderstanding of what the charge was forHe explained that it is for the Certificate coverage on the tire, this provides 100% coverage for road hazard or defectTo my understanding Judi wanted to continue with the coverage, it is optional and can be refunded if she requests it to beTo? our understanding this has been resolved and we just needed to better communicate what the charge was forIf there are any further questions please feel free to contact our regional office at [redacted] ? or by email @ [redacted] , Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: its not uneven wear instead the tire swell at one side due to manufature defect

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
They liedI was never aware of a cancellation fee, therefore cannot charge and never signed anything agreeing to such charge. They said there would be no charge and I called and cancelled second appointment because my dog got attacked by another dogIt was a valid reason to cancel since she went to the emergency room the night before. They are a bad practice who only care about there greedy charges. This charge is fraud, and they are a fraud of a vet with bad customer service. They will never receive another dime from me and never will touch my dog again. No other vet's charge a cancellation fee, nor do doctors anymore, due to the amount of complaints. Cancellations happen, offices, overbook on purpose for this, and you as a business always overbook, so maybe I should charge you for all the times I had to wait. Everything you said in your letter, are lies upon lies, the only factual information is rescheduling appointment, which you failed to mention, was why I canceled the second appointment. MY DOG got attacked by another dog, and went to the emergency room. Your just upset, you did not get to upcharge me double the cost you greedy business. I called a day in advance period....You cannot justify in charging me a stupid charge for services never renderedSERVICES WERE NEVER RENDERED!!!! PERIOD!! Regards, *** ***

Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for providing consumer services so that we, too, can have a voiceAfter writing my complaint, I did receive communication from the manager of the store I received service from and we have worked out our issues with an acceptable resolutionThe store manager, ***, was a
pleasure to work with and has completely rectified the situationMany thanks to him for single-handedly repairing the damage and for helping to restore my trust in the America’s Tire brand. Regards,*** ***

We are currently working with Mr*** to find a solution to resolve the issue at hand

This is *** from the West Sacramento America's Tire CoWe have already contacted the customerBoth rear tires were down to 2/32's at their lowest points so we warrantied out one under customer satisfaction to help out the customer and had him buy the second

I personally have been in contact with Mr***, We had an opportunity to discuss this situation on Sept21st at approximately 4:30pmDuring this conversation I explained to Mr*** that years ago when his requested *** tires where installed there was nothing to be concerned
withWith our company being on the fore front of safety we today would no longer do the same application and recommended he have them removedDuring our discussion we had come to a resolution that we would adjust the tires off at a discounted rate and would charge no labor to install the new tires of equal valueHis adjusted price came to a total of just over $dollars, the reason it was so low is that we are crediting him for the usage he would not receive from the current set and would only be charging him for the usage over the past few years he received out of his current tires (we greatly increased the credit)Mr*** agreed to this and and requested that I text him the information on the replacement tires which I did on Sept 21stOn Sept 23rd Mr*** responded to my text stating that he was going to meet with his attorney and would be in touch with meTo this day I have not heard from Mr*** or his attorney.
