Went to home of customer [redacted] Problem was resolved...improper lubricant used by customer...not cleaning tracks...not lubricating casement hardware...replaced 3 latches not under warranty. [redacted]...

Yes they did come and he adjusted the windows but it took 2 + years and me having to file a complaint with the Revdex.com to get them to come and fit the problems [redacted]. [redacted]
