Review: Purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Henry Brown Automotive Group in [redacted], AZ. The reason why I am not driving the Jeep. It started when we arrived at the Jeep dealer in [redacted] Thursday, June 19th. As soon as we arrived a sales person walked up to me asking if I was there to see him. I replied “NO! I am here to look at Jeeps”. He then walked up to my husband, and asked if he was here to see him. The sales person named [redacted] told us that he would go and bring the Jeep he considered we would be interested in, instead of letting us looking around at what the dealer had to offer on the lot (First bad sign of a something is up). [redacted] drove up to us in the Jeep Cherokee. He then started to talk his talk, [redacted] asked questions, got some answers, not all(Second bad sign). I then went and sat in the driver’s seat. Informed my husband and the sales person [redacted] that I would have problems driving the Jeep, because of the front of the driver’s seat DOES NOT go down in the front, and that would give me problems in my legs. [redacted] told me that the seat is adjustable, I told [redacted] and my husband that moving the seat forward/backward, and the butt part go up and down is not the problem, IT’s THE FRONT PART of the seat (Second bad sign). When we went inside as my husband and the sales person [redacted] wanted to discuss the options, etc. We asked [redacted] if they matched prices from other dealers, [redacted] told us "they do match prices". We showed [redacted] papers showing lower prices of Jeep Cherokee's and Latitudes. [redacted] then told us that the papers were lies, and not the real prices (Third bad sign). [redacted] was the one who LIED to us about the deals, choices, prices, and all the discounts that should have been included in the deal(Fourth Bad Sign)... Sad to say my husband ended up paying $27,000 for the Jeep Cherokee, which is NOT fully loaded. When we could have got a Jeep Cherokee fully loaded for $21,000 or Jeep Latitude fully loaded with for $23,500 at other dealers in Phoenix... Am very sorry to say I am NOT able to drive the Jeep Cherokee, because the driver's seat, is uncomfortable for my legs, which affects my health.

Regards,

while looking for a new vehicle I used their web site to check inventory to see what they had available after talking with them and others found a range of vehicles that fit our needs I had been there at the beginning of the month on other business and while waiting tried several vehicles that help in my choice was told by their salesman at that time they went by Kelly blue book for trade-in values but as I was not buying at the time not done on their site they had a trade-in estimater which linked to KBB I used this for my trade-in and was given a price range from $6558 to $7908 for the milage and the car was in good condition secondly I had chosen several options by stock number one of which we bought this was listed as $37312 with Rebate/discount -$5999 with an internet price of $31313 Figuring a $6500 min. trade When we had gotten to the final dealing was told we didn't qualify for the discounts only the $1500 from Chevy the others were Active military or their obscure insurance company making the vehicle much more expensive then we were told that they do not use the Kelly Blue Book that was on their site they used Edmonds which only allowed $4306 minus a bunch for tires I went to walk but our Daughter the owner of the trade and co-owner of the new being inpaired by after effect of Chemo Therapy wasn't thinking clearly and understaning why I was walking when they allowed the $4306 and rambleed how this saved more on Taxes I felt she was not in shape to do more so we bought In their survey I complained about this they were caught By this morning the KBB link was gone and when I talked to [redacted] this morning he explained that the rebate issue was in the parragraph that explains that tax title and all the extras that every body know they have to pay and as I did just skipped over it there is no link or option to click on th red Rebate/discount to make sure people know what is going on I feel (especially now that they have dropped the link so quickly) that they know that they are at the least deceptively getting people in kn owing that most will after hours of looking will skip over this and buy and as my daughter is so sick right now I can not put her through the ordeal agian I jest feel people should know that this company in my words is dealing fraudulantly and at the least usery in ther deceptive dealings and should be noted on their Revdex.com rating

Review: They are advertising a jeep wrangler for $32383 with pictures of a lifted jeep with custom wheels and tires. They list the tires and lift on the discription of the vehicle. This is on [redacted] and there own website. When I tried to buy the vehicle they said the real price was over $40000 because the lower price was for the jeep without the lift and tires. I told them they should have the $40000 price with the custom jeep or the stock price with the stock jeep. He said everyone does it. It gets them in the door. False advertising! Miss leading! I have the web pages from both sites saved.Desired Settlement: I want the jeep pictured for the price listed.

Review: I purchased a new 2014 Chevy Silverado. The Dealer had put 4,205 miles on it. The night I bought it, I noticed a bad shimmy coming from the rear of the truck, a knocking noise from the engine and a rear blinker was out. I asked [redacted] and [redacted] at Henry Brown to go over the truck before I got there. I was not given any time to look over the truck. I was hustles through the paperwork and out the door since they closed at 7pm. I drove in from [redacted], NM to buy this truck. They knew this days in advance. I have no copies of anything they had me sign. The ONLY document I have is the purchase agreement. [redacted] said he would give me an updated list of all the work done to truck and the recalls that had been "fixed." Within the nearly 5,000 miles they put on a new truck, I find it VERY hard to believe that NO ONE noticed the knocking noise coming from the engine. So bought something they used, they did irreversible damage to and I want them to replace it or refund it. That truck has been sitting in service since I bought it at Bravo Chevrolet in Las Cruces, NM. I did not buy a "new" truck for it to have its engine rebuilt because it needs new pistons.

I told [redacted] and [redacted] there were issues with this truck and no called me. No one offered any help, other that, [redacted] texting me that "its all covered under warranty."Desired Settlement: Replace the truck or take it back and issue a refund.

[redacted], Thank you for the opportunity to respond to[redacted] concerns. After checking with [redacted] in [redacted], New Mexico, it appears Ms. [redacted] has picked up her vehicle, and is happy with the repairs that were performed. The vehicle did need a tail light bulb, the bulb had burned out, and one of the tires was replaced due to a defect. All recalls were performed. There were no engine repairs needed. Ms. [redacted] signed an odometer disclosure statement that reflected the actual miles on the vehicle at the time of purchase. General Motors recognizes the additional miles, and increased the mileage on her warranty to reflect this. All work that was done by [redacted] in [redacted] New Mexico was performed under warranty, and there was no cost incurred by Ms. [redacted]. Any further repairs will be fully covered under the General Motors Warranty, as stated in the warranty information provided to Ms. [redacted].If there are any further concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me. Sincerely, [redacted]

Review: I bought a vehicle from this dealer in March 2013. The seller informed me that with the purchase of a new vehicle from them, customers receive 10 free oil changes. I was told the vouchers or cards will be sent in the mail. I waited for these to arrive and never did. When the time for my first oil change came I contacted the sales department by phone in May. The receptionist said my message will be given to the Sales Manager; he never bothered to call me back. As I travel out of [redacted] AZ for work, next time I was in town in late June I went to the dealer, requested to talk to the sales manager. I was informed that I that time he was in a meeting. The sales manager called me back, I explained the issue regarding the free oil changes I was promised. He was very uninterested about my issue, said that the sales representative that assisted me was no longer with the company, that the dealer only offer 3 free oil changes, and referred me to the service department. When I spoke to the service department, they informed me that my oil changes were not authorized and that I needed to speak with the Sales department. I left a voicemail for the Sales manager that was never returned. I left a message for the General Manager, [redacted], to contact me and he never did.Desired Settlement: I think is very unprofessional the way I was treated by the Sales Manager and the lack of attention to this matter. I bought a 2013 Jeep Patriot from them and their promise should be honored. I did not buy this vehicle from the Sales Rep. that is no longer with the company, I bought it from the dealer and they should provide better customer satisfaction. I desire for the oil changes that I have done up to date to this vehicle, at other facilities, to be refunded to me; and to be provided with the remaining vouchers that I am entitle to.

Purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Henry Brown Automotive Group in Casa Grande, AZ. The reason why I am not driving the Jeep. Am sorry to say I am NOT able to drive the Jeep Cherokee, because of the driver's seat being manual, and uncomfortable for my legs, and my health.

I ran a test for a car repair and needed new spark plugs and cables. They quoted me at 900$. After calling around and researching what exactly needed to be done I found out they were over charging me on average by $200-$300. After confronting them and telling them to stop service they quit returning our calls. This makes me very suspicious about my last visit to them where I paid 800$ out of pocket on some minor repair work. Needless to say my experience with "these people" made me feel cheated, taken advantage of and stolen from. I would not recommended this place whatsoever to anyone who doesn't do their research and knows car repair work well.

Review: I am writing to regarding my recent experience at Henry Brown Automotive Group. I brought my 2006 Dodge Caravan in on June 29,2015 , two months ago , after putting in a new alternator and battery, to diagnose a problem with the vehicles computer. The whole dash board would light up (gas gage, oil light, mileage, air bags and cooling light etc) so that I did not know how fast I was going , how much gas was in the tank etc. During this time it would also stall.I was told the engine was sound but the computer needed to be "reprogrammed".I called and set up an appointment. Upon arrival, even before I was out of the car, a service man told me they would look at it but "no guarantees" , in a very defensive, if not rude manner. It was if I was a big inconvenience for them . After a few hours , I went to pay the bill of $118.00 for this service.

Before getting in the van I asked if it was fixed. They did not know or answer me. After about 5 minutes of driving I realized the problem still existed. Initially, I thought perhaps the computer needs time to adjust , and it might work in the morning. It didn't and I was late for work. I have had constant car trouble for the past two months, due to this lack of service, so I have called them. I was told to leave my car there "for a few days" and they would look at it again. They did not apologize for not fixing the problem , actually the serviceman was laughing on the phone that some people leave their cars for "weeks" till they find the solution. I told him I could not do that , unless they could lend me a vehicle, they ignored the comment.

I would just like to get a refund for the service , which did not repair my vehicle, and take it to another mechanic. who specializes in Dodge electrical problems. When I called the Managers, it was often voice mail , so the majority of my conversation was with the servicemen and secretary. I would like to resovle this problem and get my car running again.Desired Settlement: At this point in time, I still do not understand why the Dealers were so defensive and could and did not want to advise or solve the Electrical problem with the Van .I would think it is best to ask for a refund , since they did not fix it at all, .so I can take it to another Mechanic, who deals with Dodge Vans.
