I am rejecting this response because:  Again, this is a facility where I have lived for some time.  I am very familiar with the parking pass policy and have not been towed before.  The pass was properly displayed on my dashboard as it always is-when I left the vehicle.  When I went to retrieve my vehicle that was illegally towed, I noticed that the pass had been moved from my dash to the center console.  This is after Tow Jams towing lifted the front end of my vehicle very high and towed it 10+ miles across town to their lot filled with potholes and speedbumps.  There is no doubt that they targeted my nice vehicle and were able to shake the pass off my dash which is why the attached pictures show it on the console.  While my wife and I were searching for my vehicle (before we were aware that it had been illegally towed), we saw another tow truck driver from Tow Jams targeting another nice new high dollar sportscar with a parking pass clearly displayed on the dashboard.  The driver was walking around it, taking pictures then called his boss and was discussing whether or not to tow it. It then became very clear to us that this business was fraudulently targeting higher end vehicles and illegally towing them to their lot and along the way, had developed a technique to encourage the pass to fall off the dash or out of sight to justify their illegal tow.  Tow Jams towing fraudulently targets and tows vehicles to extort cash funds from the owners.  Tow Jams, a business which employs fraudulent practices as above and depends on extorting cash from the innocent victims, must have their license revoked immediately.
Sincerely,
Adam T[redacted]
