Dear Revdex.com,
I would like to express my concerns about this company's letter as follows:
 
1.It does not apply to me that who they do their business with, it matters to me that how the company was...

honest with me with their business. First of all, I have never seen an expensive carpet at Costco in my life experience since I go to Richmond Costco almost 15 years. 
2. As I said before that I purchased the carpet Tuesday evening almost 4 pm. He said that he will deliver the carpet to my house but if they fold the carpet well, it will fit my little car and I was agreed with his decision.  I told him that I cannot fold carpet the way how they did it if I had to bring the carpet. He told me that no worries he will pick the carpet up from my house the latest Thursday if I am not happy with the carpet’s color. But the color was not issue. I loved the colors and it matched with my walls and the furniture so well. The issue is that the carpet is giving lots and lots of white chemical dust underneath and the carpet shading too badly. I called him in five days and no one has got back to me. I called again the next day no one has answering my phone calls. I had to dispute it to communicate with this company but they would never call me to listen me what the problem was. If his company was an honest and has the high ethic business practices, they would call me and solve the problem right away. It is their product and they have to take care of the problem right away.  They were trying to get rid off their unhealthy, full of chemical and garbage carpet by charging me. If they sure that their carpet is the best and the expensive one, they could have come and collect it as they claim that they have the best.
3. I called the store two times and the guy was answering the phone who even does not understand my English or act he does not understand it. The invoice is full paid to my bank which is Citibank and you can always verify it that the invoice is paid in full. That is an another lie that this store is constantly lie about me and my high work ethics and the integrity. I do not owe no money in my life to no one. I live debt free that I can sleep tight at nights. I even told the Citibank that they can come and collect their carpet which was before Christmas but no one has come and collected the carpet.  He lies about that I did not reach out them but I did my best to get to the guy that who sold me the carpet. He did not care about to call me. 
I called the store almost two weeks ago and [redacted] has answer the phone. I told him why they would not call me back that I have been keep calling them. He told me that he has nothing to do with me and he responded to my bank with my dispute. I told him that come and take your carpet and refund my money, he would not be willing to do that. I told him that I will come to talk to the store owner, he told me that if I get there he would call the cops on me. He threatened me in his way to stop his bad business. It is my right to put an opinion on Yelp and If he did it a good business with me, he would get an excellent review from me. If he would come and pick his nasty carpet up from my garage, I might take my bad review on his store but he won’t do that.  This guy is a con artist and he told me that he knew how to deal people like me already. He thinks he knows his way out in this situation but he has no idea that I can talk louder than him. I really very seldom go to Yelp but Gertmenian made me to go to yelp. 
It is very cheap for me to deal with this store but I must stand up for myself that they just cannot take my money and con me with their unhealthy carpet. When I told him that the carpet has a white chemical dust which comes underneath it, he told me that “he did not know about it.”. if you do not know about it, you correct your mistake and say sorry, and come and pick your rubbish carpet from my
garage, and called it out turkey. Don’t go around and lie about me. I purchase goods and services all day long and I know this work Mr. [redacted].  It is my job to purchase from all over the world. If things go good, they take their faulty product and services, they credit back to my credit card. I might not have the million dollars’ business but I have the very ethic and honest personality and the best credit some people never will get to there. Forget all about, I am a human and I feel others just the how it feels in my heart. 
Again the carpet is full paid and I am asking him to come and collect his carpet that I can go and buy a carpet from Costco which is selling price is $249. It is more than enough for me to put that carpet on y floor as I told him when I was entered his store on that day.  He took advantage of me either he knew it or not, only he knows it. No wonder he is going out of business that he can’t keep his 89 years old business anymore. It takes lots of honesty, integrity, and the business ethics to keep the business run mr. carpet seller.
Revdex.com, would please kindly solve my problem in this issue? The invoice is paid in full. Please ask Gertmenian to take ownership to collect his carpet from my garage and refund my money in cash at the time when they come to pick up the carpet. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
