I am rejecting this response because:First of all the narrative being stated by Henry Herman Holdings is absolutely ridiculousI have the dates and times that I have called ***, the so called property manager of Henry Herman HoldingsThe hall way
lights and the outside building lights were turned off for a week In January They bought the building in November of 2016, so they need to get their stories straightNo one ever called, or told us to use any other dumpster while we did not have one for a week, Hence we all put our trash in front of our building , yet another lie being told be Henry Herman Holdings The downstairs neighbor had a carbon monoxide leak, and the neighbor below me had her hot water tank leaking( which they glued the hot water tank to stop the leak) Real professional That is when they shut off the gas and hot water on Wednesday March 22nd Not one time did anyone from Henry Herman Holdings call to inform any of the tenants of thisWe had to call them I personally called *** *** after *** said there was no way they could turn the gas back on until Saturday March the 25th I spoke to *** from *** *** at 1:pm that day,Which was Friday the 24thHe informed me that they would turn the gas back on that same day which is now Friday the 24th of March 2016, and he does not know why they shut the gas off to the whole building , with only one tenant having the carbon monoxide leak(Another lie by Henry Herman Holdings) This company has done nothing but alienate the tenants by their incompetence and blaming other people for their mismanagement of this propertyThey inconvenienced all of us for four days, not even offering to put us up in a hotel until these repairs were made I wrote *** *** the owner of the property and he called me and told me that I can give him my days notice and moveI told him I'll move when my lease is upHe was rude disrespectful and ignorant This whole building should be inspected by StLouis county preservation Department, or StLouis Buildings and Inspections periodIt has not been inspected for quite some time because myself and two of the other tenants have been there over six years.This company does not have happy tenants in the building at *** *** *** *** Just ask us *** ***, *** ***, and *** , besides myselfHenry Herman Holdings was made aware of everything I stated, in my first claim and have pussy footed about getting things taken care ofI also have the letters that were faxed to this company *** *** also filed a complaint with the Revdex.com.The response from this company is laughable.
