We had a miscomunication with Travelers on Ms R[redacted]'s home insurance cancellation. We were actually trying to help her by changing her to a new company to lower their premium. She was not willing to let us resolve the issue, in her words she just wanted to be done with us? We were more...

than willing to help fix the hickup. She sent her husband in to do the cancellations on the 28th, and we requested that they give us a heads up prior to coming in just in case we stepped out for lunch. Instead of letting us know, he just stopped by, and it happened to be at our first chance to take lunch. I did try and resolve this matter with the R[redacted]'s, but they insisted on cancelling the new policies we wrote for them to save them money. I wish them well with the new agent, and I personally processed the cancellation forms myself to assure it was done quickly.
